Fulham vs Nottingham Forest – Betting Preview
Fulham will concentrate on maintaining their position in the top half of the Premier League standings after securing their spot in the last 16 of the FA Cup with a 3-2 victory against Sunderland in midweek.
The Cottagers have surpassed all expectations this season after securing promotion alongside Nottingham Forest last year. They have won nine of their 22 league games, keeping them ahead of Chelsea and Liverpool in the standings!
Fulham Preview
Marco Silva will be eager to break a three-match Premier League losing streak after losses to Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur and a scoreless draw at the Cottage against London rivals Chelsea.
Although Silva’s team did manage to compile a four-game winning streak right after the World Cup break, Fulham have failed to score in each of their previous three league games.
Only bottom-place Southampton has allowed more home goals than Fulham (16) in Fulham’s 11 Premier League games at the Cottage this season, therefore Forest will be confident that they can take something out from the match on Saturday.
Nottingham Forest Preview
With a spirited 1-0 victory over Leeds United the last time out, The Tricky Trees extended their unbeaten run in the Premier League to five games, after the firing of Whites manager Jesse Marsch.
After 14 minutes, Brennan Johnson scored the game-winning goal, giving the 21-year-old his third goal and second assist in as many league outings.
Nottingham Forest had a rough start to the season, winning only two of their first 14 Premier League contests. Since then, though, they have lost just once in eight league games, putting six points between themselves and the bottom three.
However, it is important to note that Forest has only won one of their 10 away games this season, and only Bournemouth has accrued fewer points away from home than Forest.
Additionally, only Wolverhampton Wanderers and Forest have combined for fewer goals scored (17 and three, respectively), so the Reds will be anxious to up their goal production on the road.
1×2 Betting Odds
Having taken 11 points from a possible 15 since the turn of the year, Nottingham Forest will be confident of avoiding defeat on Saturday, but the visitors could struggle to taste victory at Craven Cottage!
The home team, Fulham, are the favourites to win here @ 1.98.
Cooper’s team has the second-worst away record in the Premier League, so maybe Forest could have a chance!
But despite that, the market has deemed them to be the underdogs in this @ 4.50.
The possibility of a draw and points shared between the two stands @ 3.70.
Total goals over/under
The odds that the total number of goals scored will be over 2.5, stands @ 2.12.
While the odds that the total number of goals will be under 2.5, stands @ 1.86.

Given those statistics, expect a similar low scoring trend to follow!
