Bournemouth v Fulham – Betting Preview
Fulham Summary
Fulham manager Marco Silva has seen the form drop off notably with two league losses in their last three games.
This included a beating 3-0 at home to Arsenal, where they looked divisions below their visitor who led by three well before the break.
On top of that, Brentford their local rivals had defeated them and after both of those matches, United knocked them out of the FA Cup in a seriously bad-tempered match.
As a result of the fall out in the 3-1 loss to Manchester United, Fulham will be without both Silva the manager, and key men Willian and Mitrovic.
The latter is awaiting the number of games he will be suspended for pushing the referee. He is expected to end up missing most of the remaining part of the season once the verdict is reached, expected to be around six games banned.
Fulham has made all the wrong headlines in the last couple of weeks since the overreaction to seeing a penalty and red given against them in the cup.
Even still, they are closer to top seven than the relegation zone and so the mood and morale are decent.
Team news is hugely negative for those key attacking players missing due to the bans mentioned above.
As well as missing Mitrovic and Willian due to suspension. Kebano and Kurzawa are out injured.
Bournemouth Summary
Bournemouth got themselves a hugely important and confidence-boosting win at home to Liverpool in their last home game. They will be seeking to replicate that here in a must win match against Fulham in front of a sold-out ground.
After the Liverpool victory, they were defeated by Aston Villa in the subsequent away game, and so remain sat in the bottom three.
The southerners are 19th placed but just one point from leaping to safety in a tightly congested regelation fight
Bournemouth emerged from an unkind fixture list with a reasonable number of points, and their confidence and outlook are quite positive as a result.
Gary O’Neil will have the team motivated and set on a win here against a Fulham side with nothing like the same urgency for points.
Looking at team news now for Bournemouth. Stanislas is out with an injury and won’t play.
The previously under-pressure boss has a handful of other players in the physio room but none are ruled out.
Tavernier and Zabarnyi are nursing knocks and will be given fitness tests on game day.
Betting Analysis
Looking at the 1×2 market first. Bournemouth is the favourite @ 2.60.
The host look a good bet here considering team news and motivation massively favours them.
The draw is @ 3.25 and Fulham to win is @ 2.80.
Moving onto the Asian handicap betting for this contest. The market cannot really separate them and so the offer is DNB (draw no bet).
So, a bet on either Fulham -0 @ 2.01 or Bournemouth -0 @ 1.86 would be returned should this end all square.
The preference here is naturally for the host who id take here and on the 1×2 to win.
Looking at The Under/Over goal betting last of all. The line is set at 2.5 The Over is @ 1.86 and the Under is @ 1.97.
