With more than 30 minutes on the clock, Leicester’s Jamie Vardy scored a goal and increased their lead and then completed a hatrick.
James Maddison increased Leicester’s lead, with an assist by Nampalys Mendy, in the 77th minute.
Six minutes left to play, Manchester City’s Nathan Ake reduced as he scored a goal, with an assist by Riyad Mahrez. But Manchester City ran out of steam.
Just four minutes later, it was Youri Tielemans who scored a goal ensuring that Leicester increased the lead to 2-5. The 0-1 goal was the only one of the game.
Leicester will play against West Ham on Sunday. Man City will face Leeds on Saturday.
