Jamie Vardy scored three goals as the team beat Manchester City 5-2 (1-1) away in the Premier League. James Maddison and Youri Tielemans scored the remaining goals for the away side, while Manchester City’s goals came through Ake and Mahrez.

The hosting team Manchester City started the match at pace and took the lead straight away early in the game. After only 4 minutes Riyad Mahrez scored a goal.

Leicester equalised to make it 1-1, as Jamie Vardy scored a goal, in the 37th minute.

Leicester also made it 2-1 in the 54th minute, when Jamie Vardy found the net scored a goal, with an assist by Timothy Castagne.

With more than 30 minutes on the clock, Leicester’s Jamie Vardy scored a goal and increased their lead and then completed a hatrick.

James Maddison increased Leicester’s lead, with an assist by Nampalys Mendy, in the 77th minute.

Six minutes left to play, Manchester City’s Nathan Ake reduced as he scored a goal, with an assist by Riyad Mahrez. But Manchester City ran out of steam.

Just four minutes later, it was Youri Tielemans who scored a goal ensuring that Leicester increased the lead to 2-5. The 0-1 goal was the only one of the game.

Leicester will play against West Ham on Sunday. Man City will face Leeds on Saturday.
